These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) form an agreement between Lanella Wool OÜ (‘we”, “us” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets out the General Terms and Conditions for your use of the website cozy-wool.com (Lanella Wool OÜ, Reg. No.: 17114268, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152) and any of its products or services (hereinafter jointly referred to as – “Website” or “Services”).
By using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you have chosen to register with us. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website.

Sale Terms and Conditions
This page is dedicated to the Terms and Conditions under which we sell the products published on the website. Please note that these Terms of Service only apply to the purchase of products on the Website.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering products. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Each time you wish to order products, please check these Terms to make sure which Terms apply at the time.

Agreement
This Agreement is concluded between you and us on the basis of the following:
Our Website will help you with the necessary steps to place an order, and the ordering process allows you to check and correct errors before making payment;
Please take the time to check the details of your order at each stage of the order process and before clicking “Pay for order”, as after this step, you will no longer be able to make changes to your order.
After you place an order, you will receive an email from us notifying you that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that the order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from us. All orders are subject to availability and our confirmation.
We will confirm such consent to you by sending an email confirming that the products have been dispatched. The Agreement between us will only be concluded when we send you a confirmation of dispatch.
Please note that the product may be subject to limited availability. As there may be a delay between the order being placed and the order processing time, the availability of the product in stock may vary. If the product is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund if you have made a payment.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product you have ordered is not available, if we are unable to authorise payment, if there is an error in the product information, including the price or promotional price, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
If you are entering into an Agreement as a consumer, you may cancel the Agreement at any time within 14 days from the day after you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the products in accordance with our Return Policy.

Products Available on the Website
All product images used on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to accurately depict the colours of our products, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your computer or smart device screen are an accurate representation of the colour of the products; the products may vary slightly from the images. All product parameters and dimensions are approximate; however, we do our best to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
We make sure that the details, descriptions and prices of our products are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders if information about products is incorrectly published, including prices and promotional prices.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time the information is entered on the Website.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, orders that have already been dispatched will not be affected.
The price of the product includes VAT (or similar sales tax) (if applicable) at the statutory rate for which we, as the Seller, are responsible.
Please note that the prices shown on the Website only apply to products purchased on the Website and not elsewhere.
The price does not include delivery and return charges. You will be given details of delivery charges at the time of ordering.
Please note that although we take great care to ensure that the content of the Website (including product descriptions and related services such as delivery, payment terms, special offers and promotions, and delivery times) is accurate, the Website may occasionally contain typographical errors or other errors and/or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up to date. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct errors and inaccuracies and to change or update the information at any time without prior notice. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will let you know. In this respect, we reserve the right not to fulfil orders placed by you on the basis of information provided on the website, which may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Placing Orders and Payment Procedure
Orders placed in the online shop are processed on weekdays (Mon-Fri 10.00 a.m.-5.00 p.m., except public holidays). If your order is placed on a Friday after 4.00 p.m., it will be processed on the following Monday (or on a business day if Monday is a holiday).
Before placing your order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
To ensure the safe and smooth delivery of the products, it is mandatory to fill in all the required fields.
To make a payment, select your preferred payment method on the order confirmation page.
The buyer shall read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box.
Your order will be considered void if you have not made payment within the time specified in the order confirmation.

Price and Payment
The price payable for the products shall be as indicated on the Lanella Wool OÜ website. The prices on the Website include VAT but exclude delivery costs. The delivery cost is indicated separately and is payable in advance.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders we have already accepted.
We have a large number of products on our Website , and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced. We are not obliged to supply you with a product at an incorrect price, even after we have sent you a confirmation of dispatch, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably be recognised by you as an incorrect price.
All payments in the Lanella Wool OÜ e-shop are received and processed in euros (EUR; €).
Payment for all products shall be made via the banking links provided by Maksekeskus AS, Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor or by credit or debit card.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
All products ordered remain our property until we receive full payment from you.

Delivery
You will be offered different delivery options at the time of ordering. The options available to you will vary depending on the country you are ordering from. For delivery times for all types of delivery, please see our delivery times page. The maximum delivery time is 30 days.
The delivery cost will be applied in addition to the amount you paid for the products. The delivery cost will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Please note that in addition to the products and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be subject to import duties and taxes in your country of residence. For more information, please contact your local customs office to check the applicable duties and taxes before ordering. We are not responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes, and if you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to cover all costs we incur as a result.
Please provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. To avoid any inaccuracies, it includes not only the delivery address but also the name of the recipient. We are not liable for delays related to the delivery of your order or delivery to the wrong address or person if you have provided us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We do everything possible to deliver your order on time. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen events that are beyond our control, such as raw material shortages, travel or transport disruptions, import delays, software or technical failures, or the expected demand being exceeded. Please note that it may take longer to deliver your order during sales or other busy periods.
We cannot guarantee delivery on public holidays, Christmas and New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. When calculating the estimated delivery date and choosing the delivery method, please take the additional business day (i.e., Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) into account for each of these days.

Promotion Code Terms and Conditions
Official Lanella Wool OÜ promotion codes entitle you to an additional discount (referring to the relevant promotion code) on your next online order on the website. To get the discount, there is a “Use voucher” field in the Shopping cart, which allows you to enter the promotion code to apply it to your order.
Promotion codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers; they remain our property and are non-transferable. The value of the promotion code cannot be withdrawn in cash. All charity products are excluded from promotions and offers. We reserve the right to withdraw, refuse or restrict promotion codes and related offers in any order at any time.
Promotion codes can only be used on full-price items. Promotion codes are not valid on sale items, Outlet section and charity items.

The courts located in Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any action relating to this matter, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of these courts. You hereby waive any right to a trial in any proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

Changes and Amendments
