DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Free delivery on all orders over €100.

Orders placed in the online store are processed on business days (Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00, excluding holidays). If an order is placed after 16:00 on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

 

Delivery is provided via DPD courier. Delivery fee is €9.90.

 

Orders are delivered within 1-5 business days after order confirmation. Confirmation will be sent to your provided email, along with a tracking number.

 

Returns Policy

 
Our return policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the item for a refund. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

Refund or Replacement Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is defective;
  • The item does not match its description;
  • The item must be in its original packaging;
  • The item must not have been used;
  • The item must not be damaged.

All returned items will be inspected to ensure these criteria are met. If the item does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to withhold a refund.

 

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us by email at shop@cozy-wool.com Please include detailed information about your order: your name, address, and order number to help us identify you. If you cancel an order, you will be refunded the amount paid for the items within the order, including part of the delivery costs paid for the cheapest and most common delivery method available at the time.
