Air Out Regularly: Merino wool is naturally odour-resistant, so air out your garment frequently and wash only when necessary. For washing, use a wool detergent and set your machine to a delicate wash at 30°C with the lightest spin cycle. Turn the garment inside out before washing.
Avoid Tumble Drying: Tumble drying can harm the delicate merino fibers. Instead, gently reshape the garment while it’s damp and lay it flat to dry on a towel.
Ironing/Steaming: If needed, you can steam or iron the hoodie on low heat (maximum 110°C). Always use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.

Orders placed in the online store are processed on business days (Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00, excluding holidays). If an order is placed after 16:00 on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
Delivery is provided via DPD courier. The delivery fee for your order depends on the destination country. During checkout, the exact delivery fee will be calculated and displayed based on the shipping address you provide.
Delivery fees are:
- Estonia and Finland (DPD courier or parcel machines) – 4.90 EUR (incl. VAT)
- Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania (DPD courier or parcel machines) – 9.90 EUR (incl. VAT)
- Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland and UK (DPD courier only) – 14.90 EUR (incl. VAT)
Orders are delivered within 1-7 business days after order confirmation, depending on the location from which the order is placed. Confirmation will be sent to your provided email, along with a tracking number.
